My membership with LIBRA Insurance Partners began more than 25 years ago, back when the organization was known as LifeMark Partners. I truly cannot imagine being part of any other organization. When I look at our day-to-day operations, there are LIBRA fingerprints everywhere! We simply could not operate as efficiently or effectively without their partnership. The value we receive is far too great to fully quantify or assign a price to.

LIBRA's vast resources benefit our entire team and are part of our daily workflow. From training new staff, helping us continuously develop better ways to educate both our team and our advisors, and helping us operate more efficiently, LIBRA is the most important partnership we have. They have invested in our business in ways that few organizations can or would.

While the resources are exceptional, the relationships are what set LIBRA apart. Some of my strongest professional and personal connections have come from attending meetings and sharing ideas with other members. Although we are technically competitors, you would never know it. The level of collaboration and openness is truly unmatched. LIBRA's staff is also top-notch; whenever we need support or additional insight, someone is always willing to step in and help.

In more than 25 years, I have never once considered leaving LIBRA for another IMO and that has nothing to do with compensation. In fact, I’m not even sure what others offer, and it doesn’t matter to me. Membership in LIBRA goes far beyond payouts, it’s about partnership, support, and long-term success.
